Booking Policies & Additional Fees

To keep everything running smoothly, here are a few important notes:

• Booking Fee – $100
  Your date is not secured until your Booking Fee is paid. This is non-refundable and does not go towards your final total.

• Travel Fee
  • Within 25 miles of Wichita, KS – $50 flat rate
  • 26+ miles – $1 per mile (round trip)

• Early Call-Time Fee – $50/hour
  Applies to arrival times before 8:00 AM.

• Assistant Artist Fee – $100 per assistant
  For larger bridal parties, an assistant may be required. This fee is in addition to individual service pricing & travel costs. Don’t worry—I’ll coordinate all assistant details for you!
